Communty Heritage Research

Thank you for visiting my website. First, I would like to tell you what I do.

The Public Information Research.Org is an access point to my involvement, along with others, in the development of techniques that reconnect researchers, collections and archives with living knowledge-bearers in local communities.
My past projects have included:
Community archaeology projects which provide science training for local residents, students and teachers.
Knowledge repatriation programs conducted by community scholars, archive researchers and museum researchers who jointly study, publish and return archival information to communities, villages and schools.
My personal task now is to emphasize access and equality in community studies, thus helping to invigorate and redirect the connection between museums, libraries and archives in an understanding our common anthropology.

At present, my web site is still under construction. I are making an effort to present you with a spectrum of my work as soon as possible. At this point I can provide you with information regarding my social media presence. The emphasis of our site is on public knowlege transfer. If this topic is of interest to you check this site later, please.

In the meantime you can reach me at www.facebook.com/saami.people and through my blog on this website or  www.twitter.com/Sherwoodinfo . I am looking forward to hearing from you. You can also contact me at my e-mail address: contact@publicinformationresearch.org.
